These minor changes give the cinnamon rolls an extraordinary amount of sweetness, moisture, lightness and flavor! You will never want to make plain old ones again after trying this method.
They might only take about 5 minutes to assemble but no one would ever believe it was made from a can. They’re perfect for when you need something special but don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen like over the holidays or when you’ve got guests.

• Cinnamon: For the classic warm cinnamon roll flavor.
• Coarse salt: Just a bit to balance out the sweetness.
• Unsalted butter: Melt this and mix it with the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for an incredible topping.
• Caramel sauce (optional): Adding a couple of tablespoons of homemade or store-bought caramel sauce to the butter mixture makes these rolls even more delicious.

Tips for Success
Here are a few tips for making these easy cinnamon rolls:
- Adjust the cream if needed. The heavy cream should come halfway up the cinnamon rolls. If it doesn’t add a bit more.
- Pour the cream in the pan not on the rolls. Pour the heavy cream directly into the pan, not over the dough.
- Let the rolls cool before adding icing. If you add the icing right out of the oven, it will just melt. Let them cool a bit before adding it.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy. Serve with the drippings from the bottom of the pan. They pair perfectly with a morning cup of coffee. If you want to add more to your breakfast bacon, homemade breakfast sausage, and scrambled eggs are great options.
