Step-by-Step Guide to Making Air Fryer Garlic Toast Pizzas

All it takes are a few simple ingredients to create these tasty individual pizzas. I chose Pepperidge Farm Garlic Toast since it’s slightly thinner than other brands, making it ideal for this recipe.

Start by crisping the garlic toast in the air fryer. While testing the recipe, I experimented with using frozen garlic toast straight from the bag versus pre-crisping them. The frozen version wasn’t terrible, but the middle turned out a little soggy. A quick three-minute air fry before assembling the pizzas made them extra crispy, which was a huge hit with everyone!

Once the garlic toast is perfectly crisped, it’s time to build the pizzas. This is a fun step that kids can easily help with, and you can get creative with different toppings!

Start by spreading a layer of pizza sauce over each slice of toast. Then, generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Finally, finish it off with a few slices of pepperoni. Normally, I add a dash of garlic powder or Italian seasoning when making homemade pizzas, but the garlic bread already provides plenty of flavor—no extra seasoning needed!

Put the pizzas back in the air fryer for another three minutes until the cheese melts perfectly and the edges turn golden and crispy.

In just six minutes total, you’ve got a fantastic, easy dinner that the whole family will love!
